We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute modifications, but we can only guarantee changes (limited to delivery addresses, Delivery time and card messages) that are requested at least one hour before delivery.

We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to cancel your order, but we totally understand that plans can change! Hereโ€™s what you need to know:

1. For advance orders: Cancellations can be made by 12 PM, one (1) day before the intended delivery date. Full Store credit will be given and can be used within the same calendar year. NO REFUND Policy.

2. For same-day and on-demand orders: These are processed right away, so cancellations arenโ€™t always possible. But donโ€™t worry, weโ€™ll do our best to check with the team:

  • If your order has already been processed, weโ€™re sorry, but we wonโ€™t be able to proceed with the cancellation.
  • If it hasnโ€™t been processed yet, we can put the order on hold and reschedule it for a later date, or we can issue store credit valid within the same calendar yearโ€”whichever option works best for you. ๐™‹๐™ง๐™ค๐™™๐™ช๐™˜๐™ฉ ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™ ๐™Ž๐™ช๐™—๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™ช๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ค๐™ฃ ๐™‹๐™ค๐™ก๐™ž๐™˜๐™ฎ:

All items and flowers are subject to availability. If there are any supply issues, or if the flowers we receive from our growers that are required to fill your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality, without notice. Substitutions may include flower types, flower colors, wrapping paper, ribbon, baskets, vases, fruits, and any other material utilized in our flower arrangements.

In the event that we are unable to provide you with the product or a substitute product, We will provide you full refund and contact you as soon as is reasonably possible.

Note that the bouquet’s size, color, hues, and bloom phases may differ from the images displayed.
We appreciate all of our customer’s understanding in advance that flowers are perishable goods and cannot be guaranteed to be flawless all the time.

  1. All payments are processed securely via various payment gateways like Gcash, BDO Bank Transfer and Paymaya, etc.
  2. If you create an account, your card will be stored securely by the payment gateway so that you can check out on future visits without re-entering your card details.
  3. We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.

4.ย  The sender will be responsible to ensure that the recipient is present at the address during the day of the delivery.

If by any chance that our courier service could not locate the recipient after several attempts, or; if the delivery details provided is incorrect (example: wrong address / contact / name), Gayle’s Flower Shop Pampanga will not be liable for the failed delivery.ย 

5.ย In the event a delivery is re-scheduled or re-routed upon the request of the recipient or by the sender, a re-delivery fee will be applied depending on the delivery location.
Re-delivery or re-routing is subject to the next available time slot.

As flowers/bouquet are highly perishable items, customer is require to update us the next course of action within 2 hours.

We promise to send you the freshest of flowers and this would mean that they will occasionally come in bud form which will last longer.
If you receive flowers that do not seem fresh, please contact our facebook page Gayle’s Flower Shop Pampanga to inform us immediately. If, at our discretion, the flowers do not meet our high freshness standards, we will give you the choice of a replacement at our next available delivery date. In your email or DM please include a photo of the un-fresh flowers within 2 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a re-deliver.

Our flowers are wrapped or arranged carefully to ensure they arrive as beautiful and as fresh as when they left us. However, on a small number of occasions (and for reasons beyond our control) they may get damaged in transit. Should this occur to a level that you deem unacceptable, please contact our Facebook page Gayle’s Flower Shop Pampanga to inform us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement at our next available delivery date, Please note that you will need to email us or DM us a photo of the damaged flowers within 2 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a re – deliver.

We do everything we can to ensure our flowers are delivered. If for any reason we made a mistake and deliveries don’t turn up, (i.e. if your flowers have not arrived on their intended delivery date), please contact our facebook page Gayle’s Flower Shop Pampanga to inform us.
We will send you on our next available delivery date, or a refund.

Satisfying the recipient and you our customer is our ultimate aim. We always strive to deliver fresh flowers at its best condition and on time.

To be eligible for returns and refunds, you should report your case within 2 hours upon delivery of your flowers and is subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by our Customer Support team.

The flowers should also remain the same way as delivered. When filing your report, kindly provide us with your order number, several pictures of the defective product, and reasons on why are you requesting for a return or refund.

In all other cases, it is the responsibility of the recipient to care for the flowers once it has been delivered.

  1. At our discretion, from time to time, we may offer products at discounted prices. These offers are valid from the time that we introduce them to the end date of the offer and they cannot be used for purchases before the offer introduction date or after the offer end date.
  2. In the event that a customer has made a purchase and the price of the purchased product subsequently falls or is discounted owing to a special offer, the price of the product at the time of purchase shall prevail. We are unable to offer special offer discounts for purchases that have already been made.
  3. As our special offers are contingent on availability, we may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time, and without prior notice.
  4. We also reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to offer different personalized special offers and promotions and it will therefore only be possible for the customer in receipt of the special offer to redeem the discount.
  5. Unless explicitly otherwise stated, free or discounted introductory offers are only available to new users of the Gayle’s Flower Shop Pampanga service, and are only available once to any one person.
  6. Discounts and credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  7. Unless otherwise stated, we only allow one promotion code to be used per order.
    Circumstances beyond our control
    Adverse weather conditions
    During adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain, storm, typhoon and flood), our delivery partners may not be able to deliver orders on time. This is outside of our control and we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order.

Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we aren’t able to refund or offer re-delivery of affected orders.

Gayle’s Flower Shop Pampanga shall not be liable for delay in performing or for failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from any of the following: (i) Acts of God, (ii) outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, (iii) the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any licence or consent), (iv) fire, explosion, flood, fog or adverse weather, (v) power failure, failure of telecommunications lines, failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles, (vi) default of suppliers, sub-contractors or delivery partners, (vii) theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out or industrial action of any kind, and (viii) any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond Gayle’s Flower Shop Pampanga’s reasonable control.
